At POSTURE FLEX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used posture correctors.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement
    OR

  • A full refund


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned after 30 days


7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
